Return & Exchange Policies

NO EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ALL OUR PRODUCTS

REPLACEMENT ONLY IN CASE OF RECEIVING A DAMAGED PRODUCT.

-Please record an unboxing video when you’ve received a package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting.
-Notify/Inform us about problems, damages, or defects within   01 days from the date of delivery.
-If the item is delivered damaged, we will let you exchange it for one of equal or more value. Only jewellery can be exchanged with one jewellery.
-Contact us at Forever or info.foreverjewellery@gmail.com, and we'll provide you instructions on how to finish your transaction.

THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT UNDER THIS 01 DAY REPLACEMENT POLICY:

-Any jewelry that displays physical damage to the packaging or the item.
-Any jewelry that has been washed.
-Any jewelry that is not in its original state.
-Any jewelry that is returned without its complete original packing, including the retail box and all extras that came with it when it was delivered.
